Neighborhood

After growing up in the Pacific Northwest and working in NY, DC and Philly, we appreciated being able to walk to interesting places but really missed the great outdoors. This house is in the perfect location to enjoy both! You can walk right on to Tiger Mountain as well as the Front Street of historic Issaquah packed with stores and restaurants.

Guest Access

You will enjoy full access to your two bedroom one bath duplex with full kitchen and laundry, as well as fenced front and back yards.

Words alone can't describe how grateful my wife and I are for Erik and his wife's hospitality. They graciously accommodated us and our pets and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We opted for Airbnb accommodations, rather than hotels, during our move to Houston in the hopes that our dogs would be more comfortable. In Erik's lovely home, they were. The property was as described - beautifully cared for, stocked with all amenities, and nestled in a peaceful area. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Issaquah, WA.

We had a great 3 week stay! Our dog loved the yard. Our young kid loved playing on the quiet neighborhood road. Lots of easy access trails in the area both paved and natural. House had all the amenities you need. Comfy bed, space to unpack. Comfortable couch and lots of natural light! Thanks for the stay!

We stayed at Eric’s place for a week in November. The house was ideal for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay in Issaquah. The location is within walking distance to the old town of Issaquah and many of the nearby trails. The host was very responsive and we very much appreciated this.

A wonderful spot for my wife and I and our two dogs to end a two week road trip. Full of amenities and for dog owners the fenced yard is a huge plus. The house was exactly as advertised and Erik was a responsive and helpful host. We will bookmark this one for our next trip.

This is our second stay with Erik and Azu, and they are amazing hosts. We really enjoy the experience and amenities, and they are both very in tune with their guests and needs. The space is wonderful and close to the event that we attend yearly. The area is peaceful and beautiful, it’s a short walk to old downtown and the local area is great. Kudos all around for a wonderful stay and weekend!

Loved staying here. It was the perfect spot for us and our infant son. They had the travel crib out and black out curtains available for use. There was a sound machine in the other bedroom as well. Will definitely look for this place when we're back in the area again.

Perfect location, within minutes walking to Front Street or local hiking trails, but also very quiet street at night. Hosts Erik and Azu are very nice, responsive, and informative. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Erik and Azu's! My friend and I were in town for the Iron Horse Half Marathon and this was a quick <20 min drive from the start. The unit had everything we needed - quiet bedrooms, heating and cooling, laundry, coffee, etc. Kudos to them for having seemingly thought of every amenity you might need and extremely clear instructions to match! Erik and Azu were even also extremely communicative and were able to accommodate a slightly early arrival and slightly late departure based on our fight times! And of course, the local welcome chocolates were an extremely sweet touch. Highly recommend staying in their beautiful, well-appointed home.

We enjoyed our two week stay at Erik and Azu’s house. It’s close to the West Tiger Mt trails, Issaquah HS for tennis courts and historic downtown Issaquah. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house on a quiet street. The shooting range has limited hours and the noise was not a factor. Having A/C in the family room and master bedroom was a plus. We had some days in the 90s. Would stay here again. Highly recommend their house!

Thank you Erik! Our stay was wonderful. I enjoyed sitting in the chair outside enjoying the beautiful evenings. It was nice to have some books & games available in the home, as well as toddler plates and a high chair. The location was easy to get to, yet just away enough that you weren’t right next to all the noise. I recommend!!

Find us

We think it's most convenient to drive when visiting, but once you’re here, we definitely recommend exploring by foot. There’s a trailhead down the street and Olde Issaquah (restaurants, library, pool, and salmon hatchery) is a 10-15 minute walk. There’s plenty of street parking directly in front.
